In the final year of your academic programme, you will specialise in the management and leadership of organisations, taking into account their economic, social and environmental impact in an increasingly globalised and digital world. In addition, in the eighth semester, you will carry out a dissertation, with the freedom to focus it in a practical or research way, according to your preferences.
