In the final year of your academic programme, you will specialise in the management and leadership of organisations, taking into account their economic, social and environmental impact in an increasingly globalised and digital world. During the seventh and eighth semesters, you will have the opportunity to choose elective subjects and complete a 150-hour internship in the company of your choice. In addition, in the eighth semester, you will carry out a dissertation, with the freedom to focus it in a practical or research way, according to your preferences.
